Over the past 6 months , you have seen one of the major problems you are facing are

• Even though there is enormous demand in this segment but the purchase funnel is poor

This case study presents an approach to achieving the objective by optimizing the services offered and by introducing new features.

2. Build for Bharat: A UX design case study

The construction worker industry in India includes 3 parts:

• For a builder to find the right set of supervisors for their construction to happen on time
• The supervisors to find the right set of workers and check their work
• The workers who have to give their status update on a daily basis

This entire process is very broken and fragmented since:
